Renewal Center

How to Access the Renewal Center

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click the Renewal Center tab on the left-side menu.

  3. You will see all hosting products and services in your Domain.com account.

How to Use the Renewal Center

Within the Renewal Center, you can take the following actions:

Process a renewal

  1. Within the Renewal Center, select the hosting product/service you need to renew.
  2. Click the Renew Now button at the top menu.

  3. On the Cart page, select your preferred length of term, then click Continue to Checkout.

  4. Make sure you have a payment method on file. If there's none, you may be prompted to add one. Click the + Add Payment Method link to add a new payment method.

  5. Once done, click Submit Payment.

Enable/Disable Auto-Renewal Settings

  1. Within the Renewal Center, select the hosting product/service you need to manage.
  2. Select the preferred action in the top menu.
    • Click Enable Auto-Renew to ensure that the product/service renews automatically.

    • Click Disable Auto-Renew to prevent the product/service from renewing automatically.

  3. A pop-up will appear, requesting that you confirm the selected action.
    • Click Enable to confirm activation of the auto-renewal setting.

    • Check the box and then click Disable to confirm turning off the auto-renewal feature.

  4. Give your account a few moments to update.

Switch Payment Method

  1. Within the Renewal Center, select the hosting product/service you need to manage.
  2. Click the Switch Payment button at the top menu.

  3. In the pop-up, click Switch.
    • If you prefer to use a new payment method, click the Manage payment methods link. On the Payment Methods page, click +Add Payment Method and enter your new billing details.
