Renewal Center
How to Access the Renewal Center
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click the Renewal Center tab on the left-side menu.
- You will see all hosting products and services in your Domain.com account.
How to Use the Renewal Center
Within the Renewal Center, you can take the following actions:
Process a renewal
- Within the Renewal Center, select the hosting product/service you need to renew.
- Click the Renew Now button at the top menu.
- On the Cart page, select your preferred length of term, then click Continue to Checkout.
- Make sure you have a payment method on file. If there's none, you may be prompted to add one. Click the + Add Payment Method link to add a new payment method.
- Once done, click Submit Payment.
Enable/Disable Auto-Renewal Settings
- Within the Renewal Center, select the hosting product/service you need to manage.
- Select the preferred action in the top menu.
- Click Enable Auto-Renew to ensure that the product/service renews automatically.
- Click Disable Auto-Renew to prevent the product/service from renewing automatically.
- A pop-up will appear, requesting that you confirm the selected action.
- Click Enable to confirm activation of the auto-renewal setting.
- Check the box and then click Disable to confirm turning off the auto-renewal feature.
- Give your account a few moments to update.
Switch Payment Method
- Within the Renewal Center, select the hosting product/service you need to manage.
- Click the Switch Payment button at the top menu.
- In the pop-up, click Switch.
- If you prefer to use a new payment method, click the Manage payment methods link. On the Payment Methods page, click +Add Payment Method and enter your new billing details.
