How to Connect Facebook for Marketing

Connect Facebook for Marketing

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Based on your plan, follow the steps below to access your Website Builder dashboard:
   • eCommerce
     Click eCommerce on the left side of the navigation menu.
     
     • If you have only one eCommerce product, you will be automatically directed to your Website Builder dashboard.
     • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to manage.
       
   • Website or Website + Marketing
     Click Websites on the left side of the navigation menu.
     • If you have only one Website or Website + Marketing product, look for Edit Website on the right, and click LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER to enter your edit website page.
       
     • If you have multiple Website or Website + Marketing products, click LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER next to the plan you want to manage.
       

3. In the Website Builder dashboard, click Marketing on the left navigation menu. You have two options for connecting your Facebook account:
   • In the Marketing drop-down menu:
     1. Choose SocialBooster and then click Get Started.
        
     2. Select Connect Facebook.
        
   • In the Marketing drop-down menu:
     1. Select SocialBooster.
     2. Go to Accounts and click on Get Started.
        
     3. Select Connect Facebook.
        
4. Enter your username and password if your Facebook account is not already logged in on the browser. If you are already logged in, you will only be prompted to input your password, as the system will automatically detect your username.
   
5. Click on the Continue as <your name> button to proceed.
   
6. Select your Business Page by checking the right side's checkbox, then click Next.
   
7. Manage the permission settings for SocialBooster. Scroll down to view additional permissions.
   
8. You will receive a notification confirming your Facebook account is now linked to SocialBooster.
9. You will be asked to choose a page to display in the Marketing Hub.

Following these steps, you've successfully connected your Facebook account to SocialBooster within Website Builder. This unlocks powerful marketing features to leverage Facebook's vast audience and promote your business.
