How to Create or Manage a Logo Using LogoBuilder
Note: Only clients with Website + Marketing and eCommerce should follow these instructions.
Overview
When starting a new business, getting caught up in website design, showcasing products, and generating sales is easy. However, it's crucial not to overlook the importance of having a well-designed logo. A good logo can be a game-changer and make all the difference for your brand.
LogoBuilder is a user-friendly tool that enables you to:
- Refine your logo with AI assistance.
- Add your logo to your site, shop, or business card
- Export your logo in several file formats
- Merchandise integration via Zazzle
In this article, we will discuss:
Create a Logo in LogoBuilder
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Based on your plan, follow the steps below to access your Website Builder dashboard:
- eCommerce
Click eCommerce on the left side of the navigation menu.
- If you have only one eCommerce product, you will be automatically directed to your Website Builder dashboard.
- If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to manage.
- Website or Website + Marketing
Click Websites on the left side of the navigation menu.- If you have only one Website or Website + Marketing product, look for Edit Website on the right, and click LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER to enter your edit website page.
- If you have multiple Website or Website + Marketing products, click LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER next to the plan you want to manage.
- If you have only one Website or Website + Marketing product, look for Edit Website on the right, and click LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER to enter your edit website page.
- eCommerce
- On the left navigation menu, select Branding and click LogoBuilder.
- If this is your first time using the LogoBuilder, click the Create your logo button.
Otherwise, click Create logo at the top-right corner of the page.
- Input your brand name in the designated field and let the AI generate eye-catching logo options based on the information you provided.
- Although optional, you can include a slogan in the design creation.
If you need help developing a slogan, you can use the AI Writer feature by clicking the button with the three-sparkling icon in the Slogan field. You can learn to use this feature by using the AI Writer section. - Choose a design from the options provided and customize it to your liking.
- Start customizing your logo.
The right-hand variations panel updates in real time and gives suggestions and clickable options that auto-load into the main LogoBuilder panel.
Edit the Logo
LogoBuilder's left navigation allows you to customize your logo. The variations panel on the right updates live and suggests different options.
In the logo editor tab, you can make changes to the following elements:
Name
In the name tab, you have the option to customize your brand name in the following ways:
- Choose whether to display your brand name in a single line or multiple lines.
- You can toggle the capitalize button to display your brand name in all capitals.
- Adjust the slider to change the mix of colors between the primary and secondary color swatches.
- Customize the font size of your brand name within the logo.
- You can also change the letter spacing to your liking.
- Furthermore, you can alter the line height and spacing when the multiline option is turned on.
Slogan
In the slogan tab, you have the option to perform the following actions:
- Adding or editing a slogan.
- Choose the number of lines in which the text is broken down.
- Adjust the font size of your slogan.
- Modify the line height and spacing between the brand name and the slogan.
- Add a line design and change the alignment of the text for shorter slogans.
The Variations panel under Layout explicitly controls the horizontal line in the logo. Select the corresponding variation output in the Layout tab to remove the line.
Symbol
You can modify the following in the Symbol tab:
- Add, replace, or remove a symbol to your logo.
- Resize symbol.
- Adjust margins around the symbol.
- Choose symbol placement within the logo.
Colors
When designing your logo, you can select four theme colors from the colors tab. There is a library of preset color themes categorized as Bright, Minimal, and Pastel.
To explore these themes, click on Explore colors. To apply your theme, click on it in the panel, which will automatically apply to your logo.
- If you can't find a suitable theme, click Load More to load additional preset themes.
- If you would like to use a color of your choice, you can easily do so by selecting the Swatch square you want to customize. Next, use the color slider or enter a hex color code to set the desired color. Additionally, you can select a different swatch color for each logo element. However, a warning message will appear if there is a conflict between the color choices.
Merch
Within the merch tab, you can do the following:
- Select different types of merchandise featuring your logo
- Customize merchandise using Zazzle
Shape
In the Shape tab, you can perform the following actions:
- Display or conceal a background shape.
- Select whether you want the shape filled or displayed as an outline.
- Modify the width of the line.
- Adjust the margin of the shape of the text.
- Change the actual shape itself using the Variations panel on the right-hand side. This includes circles, squares, highlight elements, and more options.
Save, Preview, and Download the Logo
Navigation Bar
On the top navigation, you will find the undo or redo buttons that allow you to edit any changes you have made. When you are done designing your logo, you can save it to your account. Additionally, you can preview your logo to see how it will look on various platforms, such as t-shirts, signage, social media, and more.
Preview
This tool will help you preview your logo on social media and promotional items, such as shirts, mugs, and stickers.
Once you have finished editing your logo, it is ready to download.
The zip file for the logo pack includes various versions of the logo, such as high and low resolution, favicon, social media images, vectors, and more.
Use the AI Writer
Learn how to use the AI Writer to write slogans by following the steps below.

- After clicking the AI Writer button, a minimized page appears on your screen. Click the Optional drop-down to see more important options, as shown in the image below.
- Post Topic – Type a short topic on the post you want to generate.
- Language – Search for available languages by clicking the drop-down menu. English is set as the default language.
- Keywords – Enter keywords to generate ideas. Add multiple keywords by pressing Enter.
- Tone – When creating a blog, choosing a tone that matches the message you want to convey to your audience is important. You can select multiple tones by clicking on the provided field and choosing the appropriate options. The default tone selected is Professional.
- Click WRITE MY IDEA once all fields are completed, and the result will be generated automatically.
- After filling out the Slogan field, a template containing the Brand Name and Slogan you entered will be generated. This template will be added to a collection of multiple templates available for you to use on the right side of the page. You can scroll down to view more templates.
