Email Management: How to Check Mailbox Storage Use
Starting April 1st, 2024, New Sign Up on Domain.com accounts will no longer offer Roundcube Webmail as an email solution. If you require a professional email solution, we recommend Google Workspace, which provides a complete range of productivity and communication tools.
Please note that this only applies to accounts with Standard email and not to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Here are the steps to check your email storage usage.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- On the left pane, click Email & Office.
- Select Standard Email.
- Your Roundcube email account will open in a new tab.
- The Email Management page will show the mailboxes for the domain and the Storage Used.
