Email Management: How to Check Your Webmail
Starting April 1st, 2024, New Sign Up on Domain.com accounts will no longer offer Roundcube Webmail as an email solution. If you require a professional email solution, we recommend Google Workspace, which provides a complete range of productivity and communication tools.
Two ways to check email through a web browser (Webmail):
- Access webmail through a direct link (for email users)
- Access webmail via Account Manager (administrator access only)
Access Webmail through a Direct Link
You can access Webmail by typing the following URL into your browser's address bar. In the example below, substitute your primary domain or addon domain name, for example.com.
http://webmail.example.com
- If the option above does not work for you, visit the website address www.domain.com/mail. The login should look like the image shown below:
- Enter your login credentials.
- Email: Your full mailbox address (example: [email protected])
- Password: Your mailbox password.
- Click Log In.
Important: Your login credentials are case-sensitive.
Access Webmail via Account Manager
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- On the left pane, click Email & Office.
- Select Standard Email.
The Standard Email page will be opened in a new tab.
- Under Standard Email Accounts, click on Launch Email to access your Webmail.
