An Email Forwarding can be set up by creating a new forwarding address or adding it to an existing mailbox. These steps can help you set up Email Forwarding based on your business needs.

How to Create an Email Forward

An Email Forward automatically directs incoming email messages to another email address. It has no inbox, and nothing is stored on the server. Take the steps below to create an Email Forward.

  1. Go to the Standard Email page as described in the steps above for the section Navigation to the Standard Email Page.
  2. Click on the Add Email button.
  3. Add Email Button
  4. On the next window, select Forward.
  5. Enter your forwarding address and destination address. Kindly do not forget to select also the domain name. Once done, click on Create Forward.

  7. You will then see the forwarding email address in your account.
