Email Management: How to Delete Messages

Here are the steps to deleting messages in your Roundcube email (Webmail).

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Email & Office in the left-hand menu and select Standard Email.

  3. Under Standard Email Accounts, look for the email account you need to manage and click its Launch Email link.

  4. In the left panel, click on the folder you wish to empty the messages. 
  5. Click on an email message you want to delete. If you want to delete all messages simultaneously, click Select at the bottom menu and choose All from the options.

  6. Click on the Delete button at the top menu.

You can also use your email client application to empty your mailbox using the POP settings.

  1. Open your email client app.
  2. During the initial setup, select POP as your connection type.
  3. Configure your email client's Automatic Deletion settings.
