Email Management: How to Delete Messages
Here are the steps to deleting messages in your Roundcube email (Webmail).
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Email & Office in the left-hand menu and select Standard Email.
The Standard Email page will be opened in a new tab.
- Under Standard Email Accounts, look for the email account you need to manage and click its Launch Email link.
- In the left panel, click on the folder you wish to empty the messages.
- Click on an email message you want to delete. If you want to delete all messages simultaneously, click Select at the bottom menu and choose All from the options.
- Click on the Delete button at the top menu.
You can also use your email client application to empty your mailbox using the POP settings.
- Open your email client app.
- During the initial setup, select POP as your connection type.
- Configure your email client's Automatic Deletion settings.
