Access Website Files via FTP

The FTP method is applicable to all Domain.com hosting packages. We are going to use FileZilla as an example below, but you can use any FTP application you prefer. Make sure you have the correct FTP credentials for your hosting server.

  1. Launch your FTP client, FileZilla, and establish a connection.
  2. Once a successful connection is established, FileZilla will show two panes: Local Site and Remote Site.

The Local Site section of FileZilla shows your computer files and folders.

    Local Site

The Remote Site section of FileZilla contains your server's hosting files and is a representation of your File Manager.

    Remote Site

The contents for each folder are displayed just below the Local Site and Remote Site sections.
