Hosting: How to Renew
Renew my hosting plan
By default, your hosting plan is set to auto-renew, which means it will automatically renew according to your billing cycle. You also have the option to disable the auto-renew feature within the Account Manager's Renewal Center. However, you will be responsible for manually renewing your hosting plan before its expiration date.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click on the Renewal Center tab on the left-hand menu.
- Locate and select the hosting plan you want to renew.
- Click the Renew Now button in the top menu.
- On the Cart page, you can view your Order Summary. Select your preferred length of term from the dropdown.
- Click Continue to Checkout.
- Make sure you have a payment method on file. If no payment method is available, you will be prompted to add one. Click the + Add Payment Method on the next page.
- Once done, click Submit Payment to finalize.

Billing Term and Process

1 year or more | Automatic renewal billing begins 15 days prior to the expiration date. | |
Less than 1 year | Automatic renewal billing begins 5 days prior to the expiration date. |
To ensure successful renewal, you may pay for your hosting services as soon as you receive notifications or alerts via your email about your invoice. Any overpayments will be applied to future invoices.
