Learning About MyLinks

To optimize your social media presence, consider creating a page on MyLinks. This page lets you consolidate your story and links in one place, showcasing your top products, preferred blogs, videos, social media profiles, or any other links you wish to share with your followers.

Create MyLinks Page

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Based on your plan, follow the steps below to access your Website Builder dashboard:
   • eCommerce
     Click eCommerce on the left side of the navigation menu.
     
     • If you have only one eCommerce product, you will be automatically directed to your Website Builder dashboard.
     • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to manage.
       
   • Website or Website + Marketing
     Click Websites on the left side of the navigation menu.
     • If you have only one Website or Website + Marketing product, look for Edit Website on the right, and click LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER to enter your edit website page.
       
     • If you have multiple Website or Website + Marketing products, click LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER next to the plan you want to manage.
       

3. In the Website Builder dashboard, click Marketing on the left navigation menu, then click on MyLinks.
   
4. Type the name you'd like to use for your MyLinks page in the empty box. The name you input will appear at the top of your page, but it can change when you edit the layout. However, the URL will remain the same. Then, click on Get Started to proceed.
   
5. You will be presented with one of the following options:
   
   1. Start with blank template - Prefer to create your own MyLinks page starting from the beginning? If so, select this choice.
      
      1. Click Continue after selecting the Start with blank template option.
         
      2. After that, you will need to swap the image with something relevant. You can upload an image from your device or choose from free stock photos. Subsequently, enter a description for the page and update the social media links with your account details.
         
      3. Next, move to step 3 in the Edit MyLinks Page section below.
   2. Let us create your content for you - Type in your topic or keyword, and we will design a beautiful MyLinks Page for you to edit and work with.  
      
      1. Enter keyword(s) or topic(s) into the empty box, separated by commas, and then click Continue.
         
         
      2. The AI (Artificial Intelligence) will select the most suitable image, generate a page description, and input example links for your social media and other related links.
         
      3. If you wish to customize the appearance of your MyLinks page, you can proceed to step 3 in the Edit MyLinks Page section below.

Edit MyLinks Page

1. In the Website Builder dashboard, click Marketing on the left navigation menu, then click on MyLinks.
   
2. You can look for the option to Edit Mylinks Site and click on it.
   
3. Doing this will lead you to the editing page, enabling you to make changes to different parts of your site. Review each menu below to gain more insight into each section:

   Layout Section

   1. Top of Card - Here, you have the option to:
      
      • Include or change the Page Heading.
      • Add a Subheading and Page Description (if desired).
      • Select an image frame.
      • Modify the image.
   2. Social Media - Your page can include your social media profiles. This functionality enables you to centralize all your profiles in one location.
      
   3. + Add New Link button - You can utilize this feature to include various kinds of links.
      

      Note: If you want to remove a section or link, select the Delete Section or Delete Link option in each section.

      • One method to link to your favorite video, blog site, or best-selling product is to insert a URL link. Input the URL you want your site visitors to see, and then modify the button text accordingly. You can also attach an image to the button you are creating.
        
      • Use an Image link to your website to incorporate an image that links to your website. You have the option to add button text and input the target URL, and you have two choices: Display this image on MyLinks page or Link to original website.
        
      • To share videos, use a Video link. Enter the target URL and add button text, but use a valid video link, such as a MOV or MP4 file. You can also add an image for the button and have two options for your video: Display this image on MyLinks page or Link to original website. If you need to include a cloud share video, link it to your page using the URL Link option mentioned earlier.
        
      • To share your YouTube videos, utilize a YouTube link. Add button text, input the target URL, and link an image with the button you are creating. There are two options for your YouTube video: Display this image on MyLinks page or Link to original website. Remember that you can also set limitations on YouTube videos, such as age restrictions and sensitive content.
        
      • Include a Contact Form on your page to gather your site visitor's contact information. Add button text, input the target URL, create a new contact form, or choose an existing one. You will be directed to a new page if you need to create a new contact form. You can also attach an image to the button you are creating.
        
      • If you want site visitors to contact you directly from your MyLinks page, add a Call link. Add button text, input your phone number, and link an image with the button you are creating. After clicking the link, site visitors will be prompted to select an app on their device to contact you.
        
   4. Add a Section button - Another section can be included on your page, and a description can be entered.
      

   Style Section

   1. Designer Styles - You can choose from various recommended designer styles for your page. To modify the page design and personalize it, you need to select the "Custom" option to have the ability to change the appearance of the Background, Button, and Font.
      
   2. Background Styles - Adjust the style and color of the background to create a fresh appearance.
      
   3. Buttons - Alter the fill, outline, shadow, and color buttons on your page.
      
   4. Font - Select the style and color of the font for your text.
      
4. After you have finished making changes, you can publish your MyLinks page.

Publish MyLinks Page

1. Once you finish editing your MyLinks page, reviewing its overall layout and appearance is crucial. Additionally, you can preview how it looks on various devices such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
   
2. To make your page live, click the Publish button at the screen's top right corner.
   

Once you've published it, the page will be accessible through the provided link or by adding it to your social media profiles.

Delete MyLinks

1. In the Website Builder dashboard, click Marketing on the left navigation menu, then click on MyLinks.
   
2. Look for the option to Edit Mylinks Site and select it.
   
3. Then, at the top left of your screen, click on the Delete button.
   
4. Finally, to confirm the removal, click on the Delete Mylinks Site option in the pop-up window that appears.
