Microsoft 365: Temporary Passwords and Password Resets
Microsoft 365 Temporary Password
After acquiring a Microsoft 365 license and assigning it to a user, the user will receive a temporary password, which must be manually copied to their clipboard.
Utilize the temporary password provided to access Microsoft for the initial login. Upon logging in, Microsoft will prompt users to create their own custom password.
In the event that a user neglects to save their temporary password, they should reset it in order to obtain a new temporary password.
