Each domain/website is managed separately by clicking on the Manage button. Site builders, email, security, domain and DNS, transfers, and contact information are all handled through this portal.

The New Account Manager is designed with smooth customer navigation in mind. Because of this, the customer has access to the following in sections in the navigation tab.

  • Home- this will be the section that defaults every time a customer logs into their account.
  • Websites- This will allow Net New customers to install all website builders available, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and other CMS builders.
  • Email & Office - This area is now where customers can access the shortcut for email services and settings. This will allow Migrated customers to create email accounts, modify spam filters, etc.
  • Domains- This area allows customers to view and modify DNS and Nameservers, edit who is contact info, add and remove privacy, and prepare domains for transfer away for us. This will only show domains that are currently registered through our registrars.
  • Hosting- The hosting section in Account Manager has a few functions; the significant tasks of the hosting tab are outlined below.
    • Purchased Hosting Products List- When a customer has purchased multiple hosting products or has merged numerous accounts, the hosting tab will serve as a Hosting Product List/Launch tab. This means a customer can have a WordPress Hosting Plan with multiple Website Builder plans in one Account.
    • This area allows the customer to prepare their accounts for the installation of a website by attaching a domain to the hosting account in which they want the website files to be associated with the domain in question.
    • This will also be the area once a domain (that is not registered with us) is associated with a website its DNS can be modified via the setting tab.
