SiteLock: How to Get Started

How to Order Sitelock

Method 1: Via Market Place

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click MARKETPLACE on the left side of the page.

  3. Scroll down to Security and look for Sitelock. Click CHOOSE YOUR PLAN.
    Choose Your Plan
  4. Select the plan that will fit your needs and click BUY NOW.
  5. Enter the domain you wish to use Sitelock to on the next page.

  6. Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.

Method 2: Via Security Tab

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Security on the left side of the page.

  3. Click BUY MORE SECURITY PRODUCTS.

  4. Look for Sitelock and then click on GET SITELOCK.

  5. Select the plan that will fit your needs and click BUY NOW.

  6. Enter the domain you wish to use Sitelock to on the next page.
  7. Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.

How to Access Your SiteLock Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Security on the left side of the page.

  3. Click the vertical ellipses next to the SiteLock product you want to manage, then click the Manage button from the options provided.

  4. If it's your first time launching SiteLock, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Service. Read the SITELOCK CUSTOMER AGREEMENTand scroll all the way to the bottom to enable the checkbox. Put a checkmark in the checkbox and click the Proceed button.

  5. You will be directed to your SiteLock Dashboard.

  6. If you see a Configuration Alert for SMART/PATCH and TrueShield, follow the setup wizard for both items and you can refer to the following links for guidance:
