SiteLock: How to Get Started

How to Order Sitelock

You have several ways to order SiteLock in your Account Manager.

Method 1: Security tab

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Security on the left menu.

  3. On the Security page, click the ADD SECURITY dropdown in the top right, then select SiteLock Security.

  4. Select your preferred SiteLock plan.
  5. Make sure you have a payment method on file. Confirm your payment method. Add a Promo Code if you have one available.

  6. Enter a domain to connect with your SiteLock service. You can also do this later during your initial setup.

  7. Once done, click the BUY NOW button.
  8. Complete your payment transaction. You will receive a confirmation once the order is processed. Click CLOSE.

Method 2: Marketplace/View All Products tab

  1. Within your Account Manager, click MARKETPLACE or VIEW ALL PRODUCTS on the left menu.
  2. Scroll down to Security and look for Sitelock. Click CHOOSE YOUR PLAN.

  3. Select the plan that will fit your needs and click BUY NOW.
  4. On the next page, enter the domain to use with Sitelock. You can also do this later during your initial setup.

  5. In the Shopping Cart, CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.
  6. Complete the payment transaction.
  7. You will receive a confirmation once the order is processed. Click CLOSE.

How to Connect a Domain with SiteLock

If you have not yet assigned a domain to your SiteLock during the purchase, you can do so in the Security tab of your Account Manager.

  1. Within the Account Manager, click on the Security tab.

  2. All security products in your account are found under the All Products tab. Click on the Website Security tab.
  3. Click the CONNECT button next to your SiteLock plan, which has not yet been associated with a domain.
  4. In the pop-up, enter the domain you wish to connect to your SiteLock plan.

  5. If the domain is with us, SiteLock will be automatically configured for you.

    If the domain is not in your account with us, the system will still set up your SiteLock service, but you may need to manually update your DNS settings and connect the domain to your hosting plan within the Account Manager.

How to Access Your SiteLock Dashboard

Once SiteLock is added to your account, you can manage it via its dashboard.

  1. Within the Account Manager, click on the Security tab.

  2. Click the vertical ellipses next to the SiteLock product you want to manage, then click the Manage button from the options provided.

  3. Under SiteLock, click the MANAGE button of the website you need to manage.
